  4. 2 1/2 cups Gold Medal unbleached all-purpose flour
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  7. 2 teaspoons salt
  8. 4 cups vegetable oil
  9. seedless jam for filling (about 1 cup)
  10. powdered sugar for topping
