Cream Cheese And Fruit Trifle

Ingredients

1. 2 1/2 cups(600 ml) heavy whipping cream
2. 1 8-oz package(250 grams) cream cheese
3. 1 cup (115 grams) icing sugar
4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
5. gelatine powder (enough for 3 cups/700 ml liquid)
6. 1 cup (150 grams) canned mixed fruit (plus the syrup)
7. 6 sponge fingers /lady fingers
8. ground nuts,edible silver balls ,strawberry topping (to decorate)
